Sequence diagrams
Three sequences showing who talks to whom, and in what order. Actors run as vertical lifelines; time flows top to bottom; each labeled arrow is a message between two actors. Click any row to open the wireframe that corresponds to that step.

01
From SharePoint to signed credit memo
A deal arrives in SharePoint. LOOP downloads, classifies, extracts. The underwriter opens the workspace and walks through verification until the export button enables.

Demo beat — trace down through steps 1–8 quickly to set up "this is what the system does on its own." Spend more time on 9–14 — that's the moment the audience sees the correction loop in action. End on step 15 to land "this is what done looks like."
02
Closing the loop with the borrower
The deal is missing three documents. The underwriter mints a magic link, the borrower uploads, and the files flow through the same extraction pipeline as SharePoint files.

Demo beat — the cross-actor steps 1–6 are the new V1 story. Pause on step 6 — that's the moment to switch tabs and show the borrower portal landing page in a new browser tab. After step 9, hop back to the underwriter side. Steps 14–15 close the loop visually.
03
The flywheel — system gets smarter
An admin sets the system up once. The underwriter does their work. After enough verified actions, the system offers to record the workflow as a reusable process. Every future deal of the same type runs faster.
Demo beat — setup (1–3) is the necessary scaffolding — move through it briskly. The real story is steps 5–7: the system noticed the underwriter doing repetitive work and offered to record it. Steps 9–11 are the payoff — the next deal of the same type populates almost on its own.
