Key user journeys

Three journeys that anchor the LOOP demo, from a new deal arriving to a complete decision. Each step card links directly to the corresponding wireframe — click through during the demo to walk the audience from screen to screen.

Actors Underwriter Borrower Admin System (LOOP)
01

From SharePoint to signed credit memo

A new deal lands in the SharePoint folder. LOOP downloads, classifies, extracts. The underwriter opens the workspace, verifies fields, and exports the credit memo. The core loop the product is built around.

Underwriter · System
01System

SharePoint sync

A new folder is detected · deal record is created · status set to pending

02System

Extraction runs

07Underwriter

Export PDF

All fields verified · Export button enables · credit memo downloads
screen 04 · export
Demo beat — open the Deal List, point at the row mid-extraction, then click into the workspace. Spend most of the demo time here. The popover (step 5) is the moment the audience understands the correction loop. End on the green Export button to land "this is what done looks like."
02

Closing the loop with the borrower

The deal is missing three documents the borrower hasn't sent. Instead of email tag, the underwriter mints a magic link. The borrower uploads. The files flow through the same extraction pipeline. The deal completes itself.

Spots missing docs

08Underwriter

Verify and export

Reviews the new fields · accepts or corrects · Export PDF when 100%
screen 03 · workspace
Demo beat — this is the "and here's the new V1 thing" moment. Click into the modal (step 2) to show how easy it is to send. Then open the portal in a second tab to flip between the underwriter view and the borrower view. End by showing how borrower-uploaded files appear back in the workspace — same UI, no special handling.
03

The flywheel — the system gets smarter

Every accept, correct, and flag goes into the correction log. Every workspace session that crosses five interactions becomes a candidate process. The underwriter saves what they did once and runs it on every future deal of the same type. The product gets faster as it gets used.

save-as-process modal
06Underwriter

Save process

07Underwriter

Run on next deal

Next time: 6 of 7 steps succeed · saves ~80% of manual work · only review what's flagged
screen 07 · process runner
Demo beat — this one tells the long-term story. Don't dwell on Settings (steps 1-3) — those are setup, not the value. The real beat is steps 5-7: the system notices the underwriter doing repetitive work and offers to record it. End on "every deal makes the next one faster."

How to use this page in a demo

Open this page on your secondary monitor or in a separate window. As you talk through each journey, click any step card to open that wireframe in a new tab. The narrative arc is built into the layout — just go left to right.

Tip — click any step card to open the wireframe in this tab (use Cmd-click / middle-click to open in a new tab and keep this page visible). Steps marked "silent — backend" or "background process" don't link anywhere — they represent things the system does without a UI surface.
